Hague water has been very helpful in the process of purchasing a water filtration system. Reps and sales associates are very polite and willing to work around tight schedules. The system has been working like a dream and exactly as advertised. With in the first days we already felt and tasted the difference. Better yet with in the time between the instillation and quality check we saw a complete turn around in quality for the better. Over all our experience as been above and beyond what we could have expected. Hague is a great company ran by great people.
We love the taste of our water now. You can really feel the difference after a shower, your skin is softer and it takes less soap and shampoo to get clean. This company is exceptional in their service and responsiveness. I would definitely recommend this water filtration system to my friends and family. Marty explained everything to us about the system and was extremely helpful.
Hague Quality KC rep's and service guys are some of the best people I've worked with. They were very good at explaining things, and were able to satisfy my scheduling needs as a single dad of two. They are a very good, down to earth group of people. The serviceman was quick and clean. All together, the experience was very efficient, clean and professional.
I gave 5 Stars based solely on my experience with the salesman that came out to my house. Greg Kent was on time for the appointment, he answered all of my questions clearly and thoroughly, and he explained everything in great detail. Personally, I could not afford the system right now. But if you are considering getting one, I highly recommend (when you call to schedule your appointment) that you request this specific man to come out to your house and give you the presentation.
