Once they removed items (in the initial preparation a 95 year old cedar chest was used to pile wet items on --- ruined). Once they had my stuff, communications became non existent. they take advantage of people in horrendous situations. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Colton and John were extremely professional. They both did a fantastic job. I give them my highest recommendations.

Matt Minshall was a great PM. He explained everything and answered all questions. The staff was all very courteous and helpful.

I cannot say enough about the positive experience we had with Servpro. The team worked efficiently and effectively. Communicating to us through the whole process so that we knew what to expect. The clean up took 2.5 days and each day they left all work areas were clean and clearly set expectations for the next day. They took care in our personal belongings and just had the most helpful attitudes through a difficult situation for our family. I would highly recommend this company and especially Vlad and his team.

Coltan, Craig & Adonay were very professional and efficient at getting our basement cleaned up after a sump-pump failure. I would highly recommend this group for any water mitigation!
