Butler Plumbing & Restoration

We had fire and water damage to our home and called Butler to assist with the mitigating and reconstruction process. We also needed some plumbing done. We were told the day they arrived onsite that they were going to write up an estimate and then get to work. This was on July 9th 2019. Sent a fallow up email the next day with no response. Sent another email on July 12th with no response. We called on July 12th and was told their management was working on the estimate and then would call us back. 26th of July we call them again and were again told they were still working on an estimate and would call us back on Monday July 29th. They never called back! Luckily we took precautions to properly protect the remaining structures and contacted another company after their visit.. Keep in mind my 2md email on July 10th states that if they did not want to take on this job we completely understood and just needed them to confirm this so we could go ahead with the other company. Their way of doing business could have potentially cost us our insurance coverage which has turned out to be 88k! I do not at all reccomend this company for anything!

Great company with a good attitude towards work.

We called about an issue with our garbage disposal. After being given an outrageous quote from Mr. Rooter, we found John to be prompt and very professional. In fact, the first thing out of his mouth was, “instead of replacing it, let see if we can’t fix it!” It is certainly hard to come across honest companies these days who don’t try and take advantage. He was in and out quickly and pricing was great! We will definitely be a returning customer.

Full trenchless replacement. The guys were awesome. Very professional and hard working. On time completion and on budget. Thank you Morty and Dillon for your hard work. Would highly recommend this company to family and friends.
