Called because of great reviews. I gave 2 inches of water in my basment/garage and since I live in Huntington he wouldn't speak to me or give me anyone else to try. Very disappointed.
Called them around 10:30am, they were out here at 1:30pm the same day when everyone else was booked solid. Dave came in, saw the situation, and handled it promptly and correctly with the right gear. When the competition couldn't make it, these guys did. They will get all of my repeat business.
He came he unclogged he packed up and left - great, fast & friendly service. Even got one of his own rags and cleaned up alot of our mess after. Everyone else was backed up into next week but he was here in an hour. Their magnet is on the fridge if we ever have a problem again, I know who I'm calling first!
