Have worked with Am City on a number of smaller and larger projects. We always get a fair shake from them (including coming in under estimate on a bigger issue that took less time to fix than initially quoted). Smaller team, so sometimes can be busy, but always great to work with!

I had to call 3 times to get ahold of my plumber to find out what his game plan was for my repair. Once I finally got ahold of him he told me he was waiting on a response from my home warranty company before he could call me back. He then told me it was not a repair he could fix and I had to have a TILE person come and fix the issue. Later in the conversation, he let it slip that he never talked to my home warranty company and actually got that information from his supervisor. I was also told by the receptionist tthat my plumber called and left me three messages but then he outted himself on that one by apologizing for not calling me back. So they never contacted my warranty company to discuss options for my repair and they never attempted to call me back. If your insurance company is covering repairs then sure, use whoever, but if this is coming out of your pocket do NOT use these guys. Straight up liars!
