Nice enough people, but not detail oriented. They damaged our kitchen in several places and did not notify us of the damage or offer any type of repair. The edge of our counter is now left with two chips and our laminate floor was ripped badly on either side of the new dishwasher. Additionally, we think they must have thrown out the rinse aid cap with the rest of the packaging, as we only noticed it was missing when we attempted to run the first load. We have now had to contact the manufacturer for a replacement part instead of enjoying our new dishwasher. Disappointed as we paid over $400 for this lackluster installation service.
Midwest was Johnny-on-the-spot when we had our plumbing back up, they were great, fast and cleaned our bathroom spotless before they left.
