Called them and they said they could come out to look at a sewer backed up told me it would be in the afternoon waited and waited and no call so i called them and basically was told to call someone else. Wont ever call them again or recommend them. A phone call earlier would of been nice.

I required a licensed plumber to put in a new water heater in my home. After deciding on a Rheem model, I found Barr Plumbing as a licensed contractor through the Rheem website. Mr. Barr was very attentive to the many questions I had. Russell was my tech for installation. He did a fantastic job and was on time and thorough. I personally felt that the project/service was expensive, however. I did require a special model (power vent) which increased price. Regardless, I'm happy with my experience and would surely consider this service again.
