What great service! We have been very satisfied customers for a few years. We purchased a Navien, new combo boiler heat and hot water heater, last week. Our installers were all great, but Jason and Matt were exceptional! Polite, neat, enjoyable to be in our home, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us with our new heating system. Special mention to Mike who dropped in to check on our installers and gauge check and our salesman Kent! *****

I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Had an excellent experience having them and their service plan. Jeremiah, Kreig, and PJ all did great work here today and were very helpful. Service techs Aaron, Matthew, Cole, Kyle, and Jason have all been sent to my house for various reasons and they were all great dudes, very professional and personable. I'll be sticking with the company based on the quality of their technicians.

We have used Summers (Greenfield) for about 2 years and have always had great service with them. We had a 10 year old low quality HVAC system that finally died so we had a new one installed last week. There was some miscommunication with the office staff/supervisors regarding our furnace replacement, which caused some frustrations for us. However, I'm giving them a 5 star rating because Louie & James were excellent. They were courteous, respectful, and explained what they were doing every step of the way. They made sure the job was done correctly and to our satisfaction.
