Technician Seth Gerber was on time for my service appointment. He answered all of my questions and advised me regarding air vent cleaning, dryer vent cleaning as well as gas fireplace situation. He was very friendly and helpful to my needs. The work was very thorough and I have every confidence that I should have no problems. I have been a member since the 1980's and due to the great service received over the years, I will be remain a loyal customer.
My technician, Joey, was personable and professional. As his employer would expect of him, additional possible services were offered and discussed with no pressure. Some people may resent these services being brought up. But, he would not be doing his job if he didn't. I understand this. I had no problem with the offer of resigning up for the two visit annual service call plan. This service was my second and final of a two visit plan I signed up for last year. You get more benefits using the service plan and there is a reduction in overall cost as compared to just setting up individual Summer and Winter system inspection and service. I'm very satisfied using Williams Comfort Air for all my heating and cooling needs.

He didn’t skip any steps or make me feel like I was just another work order. I signed up for the service plan which is a great deal to make sure everything is in order for all the seasons. Our technician Bryan showed up on time and was very courteous as he laid out the plan for his service call. Once I chose the tier of service to be completed, he did the work and followed up with photos and explanations for me. Great value and great technician. Bryan gave me 5-star service. Will definitely call Williams HVAC in the future.
