Bedell Plumbing & HVAC

I think that Bedell plumbing is awesome!We have been customers approximately 4years or so.We have never had a bad experience at any time,they have always been amazing!!Recently John came to our house to fix an issue.He was absolutely amazing,very sweet and kind. He made sure the issue was fixed well.Jay has also been amazing over the years,always making sure we had an appointment when we needed it.Couldnt imagine having any other company for our plumbing needs!!

If you value your time, skip Bedell. On two occasions I was given a window of time in which the plumber was supposed to arrive (10 am-noon) and he didn’t show. I called and the scheduler (Brian) promised to send the plumber out right away but he never arrived. I made several phone calls throughout the day. I asked to be rescheduled the next day and they were unable to do that either. There were no weather issues or other reasons for such poor scheduling. Call someone else and save yourself the frustration and hassle.

2 years ago I had them replace an outside faucet that comes under the kitchen sink. The valve has been leaking and I didn’t notice until now, the wood in the cabinet is damaged. I called in the morning to check if they would check it out and fix this in case it was due to their faulty repair. They said someone would come check in the next 4 hours. 5 hours later I call again to learn: A - they were not coming because this 4 hour “window” is something they don’t do. I missed work and they didn’t even have the decency to call back and let me know they made a mistake with scheduling. B - the leaky valve is not their fault. It is a “maintenance” problem - apparently I have to tighten a nut behind the valve every time I open it close it. This is news to me. C- they would come and check it for $105 - which was also news to me. Free estimates? So. Even if it was not their fault, I would still need a plumber to come check it out and fix it and fix my cabinet floor. But with this attitude, I honestly don’t care nor recommend their services.

Bill from Bedell installed a Rheem Marathon electric water heater for us on February 5th. He was quick, neat and efficient. We couldn't be more pleased. This was our first time using Bedell and we were very impressed.

We had a leak in our slab. Bedell was quick to get in repair the leak and at a reasonable rate. Thank you! Jason was a good guy and good conversation.
