NIGHTMARE start to - wait - it never got finished. After ignoring the warranty co's dispatch and my calls all day, near COB they sent a couple kids who then wouldn't do the job. They called it out of scope (which I've been told in the past that it wasn't) leaving me at COB and SOL.
