I wish I had the same experience as others when I attempted to work with this company. The initial call went great. Unfortunately, the remainder of my interactions with the company were less than satisfactory. In the end, myself and a few of my neighbors opted to go with a different company to complete the work we were all interested in. This was mainly because of the rushed interaction during my initial consultation and the inability to obtain details for the work we wanted to have done. Even after this information was requested.

I was having issues with my sink. After not being able to fix it myself i called in the professionals and their two services reps were the exact definition of the word. On time, clean, and made sure i understood what was needed and after they took the time to show me what was done. Highly recommend this company.

Had to make a valve repair under sink to install new dishwasher. Call them early morning and showed up as promised by 3pm that afternoon. Repaired the valve, perfect service and professional. Highly recommended.

I highly highly HIGHLY recommend Desert Water for any plumbing needs you have. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional and respond in a very timely manner when you reach out to them for service. We were having our countertops replaced and needed our sink hooked up last minute. Not only were they able to come out the same day as our countertops were being put in but the quality of their work was incredible. They replaced parts that had been cheaply put in by the home builder with no extra charge and made sure everything was hooked up perfectly and running smooth. They even came back out to hook up our reverse osmosis filter when it was installed the next day due to an issue with the counter install. They left everything clean and ready to use. Any plumbing issues I have you better believe I will be calling them again in the future!
