Air Master was highly recommended by a friend and co-worker. They were able to provide a very fast and reliable quote. I was told by both my friend and AIR MASTER that I would really like the system. Well I can say I am 200% Satisfied with every aspect. They were great with all my questions and concerns. Never a time when I felt less then completely satisfied with their work and professionalism. We had to have everything the Heat Pump Air Handler Duct work etc.. Today 24 hours after commissioning.. We are loving every minute of it!! I would not only highly recommend AIR MASTER I would have to say this is by far the best installation of anything we have had done to our home. Update about a year later.. System is perfect. Very nice. Have had a couple of routine services.. Service guys are top notch. Thanks again Air Master!!!!
Called these folks for my non-working AC and they came out the same day. The tech (Scott) was great; courteous, professional and quick to get me back up and running. The charges were more than fair for parts & labor too. I'd definitely recommend Air-Master to other people and will certainly call them on any future AC or furnace problems. Called other places they wouldn't come look at my water heater cause they didnt install it. Call Air Master she said sure we will come I will squeeze you in this morning. EVAN came and look it over but before he started he let me know the price. Which I liked very much. Evan was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. When it was all said and done I have hot water & a new maintenance package with Air Master. Was treated very well on the phone and Evan was very good at his job.
Everyone working here is awesome. They know their stuff. They carry the best equipment in the business; Bryant, and install it correctly. I would trust them in my grandma's house.
My a/c went out on Saturday, called Sunday and set up an appointment for Monday. They told me they would be out early in the morning. Evan called to let me know he was on his way, showed up was very courteous and professional, will definitely call them for any future HVAC issues!
