Been sitting since 930pm Was told they would unload after 7am. Checked in at 730am. Was told be with me in a few minutes. Have had my dispatch call them twice. Hmm... Still waiting at 1024am

Driver dropping off a load called and left a message at shipping to let them know I would be late with number to return my call, call wasn't returned and when arrived everyone left that could unload was told that at 6:00am I could be unloaded well it's 6:42 and the gate is still not opened although people on the forklifts inside the gate. What would you rate this company?
