Everybody I spoke with was polite and competent. Prompt response to an emergency. Completely willing and able to undertake a commercial drain issue. The technician was polite, respectful, professional and completely capable of evaluating and rectifying the problem in a very timely manner. Rooter Services is now on my permanent go-to list. I received same day service, the techs were professional and efficient. They diagnosed what was wrong with my drains and fixed it in a timely manner. Fair price.
