I have used J & S for the past 20 years and recommend them without reservation. They have always been honest, fair and responsive..
Had an issue with residential sewer grinding station. After calling two other places I found these guys on Google Web site. I received a call within an hour and new right away i found the right place. The initial problem was not theirs to fix, however they lead me right to the person i needed to contact. After that issue was fixed they called me back to check on me, just to see if i needed anything else. Love these guys and because of that I write this review and recommend to everyone out there needing this service. John G
Aaron was super helpful. He came out to my house and told me exactly what everything was. I would recommend J&S to anyone who needs help with their septic system. Great job!
I would recommend doing your research before choosing a septic company. Although they were very responsive and their employees very friendly, I had to pay them THREE times to come out and fix the same problem because the equipment kept going bad. I didn't complain at all the second time just paid the labor bill again, but the third time I called and spoke with the owner and he offered me nothing - not even a discounted labor rate. He said the equipment was bad...Yes but your company is the one that chooses to do business with that equipment provider, I didn't have a say in where you ordered it from. I will not recommend them to anyone.
Heard nothing but bad experiences with this company. Had one myself. Septic inspections apparently are almost always failed based on conversations with several different reputable companies. The time spent on my inspection was less than 15 minutes and the report contained incorrect information.
