They were able to schedule me same day for a plumbing issue I was having that wasn’t necessarily an emergency (I just wanted it done quickly). Warren from Mr. Plumber came and was fantastic. He was very thorough at explaining various plumbing matters, giving me the tips for what to do if this happens in the future. Very nice guy! I will definitely do business with this company again!
Garrett and his crew were great. They came out fast and friendly to help me with my sewer issues and really went above and beyond. The call to set up our appointment with Mr. Plumber was a breeze and they agreed to get someone out the following morning. My husband and I greatly appreciated the email and text sent from Mr. Plumber with a picture of who’d be arriving to assist us with our drainage issues. Connor was our technician today and he polite and confident upon arrival. He worked quick, was very informative, and was respectful of our home. Of course, we had to make jokes about how we felt like we knew him from his descriptive bio and picture. Thanks again Connor!
I would like to add a very positive update! After the extensive work we had done, we started having a problem with the toilet which is about 10 to 12 years old. I specifically asked for Warren to come back out and take a look at it and I am so glad that I did! He worked and worked and worked and worked until he got it fixed and we could not be happier! Warren is an expert cleaner upper! Thank you Warren and keep up the great work. Warren, Chris and Brian are just awesome and we strongly recommend Mr. Plumber !! This is definitely an A+ company. Our young daughter bought an older home in Indianapolis. She needs major plumbing work (roots have destroyed the drains from the house to the road). Warren and Chris were outstanding! Fast friendly service! Job well done by Connor. I knew the price before they did the job. Now my toilet is working perfect in my new home. The service also came with a one year warranty. I also like that they text me a picture of my service tech and gave a small bio on him. You can also track your tech to see how far he is from your home and the ETA. Great job!! Like the commercial say "Thanks Mr. Plumber".
