Unethical price gouger. Came to repair our furnace, should have been a quick fix as we already knew what was wrong. He spent 2 hours driving around to different stores looking for a part, an hour installing it incorrectly, and an hour fixing it. He charged $500 for this labor. 1. Why not call the stores first before driving everywhere? 2. Why are we expected to pay for his mistakes and having to fix what he installed wrong? This was a 20 minute job, there were four screws to take out, exchange the part, and replace. 3. This part. It was a pump. Rich drove all around, as mentioned above, then found it and paid $500 for it. The max you can even find this part for online is $250. Of course it's going to cost more from a store is extremely disturbing and frustrating for him to buy this part without asking us first. A simple phone call would have sufficed for us to say, no, we'll order it online and you can come back to install it in a few days. This would have saved us LITERALLY $500. He's also made very unprofessional comments to us about his other clients. TL;DR: Don't hire Rich, he will overcharge you.

Second time out within 6 months to correct the same problem. (Service wasn't warranted) Totally dissatisfied with service and he charged me without giving me a figure as I'd asked for multiple times. I would not recommend him. Never again. If I could rate -5 stars I would.

Extremely horrible service and such unprofessionalism!!! A friend of mine used this clown outfit. Very rude and lied about the problems. Said they needed a new furnace and would install it for $2500.00. When they gave them the bill it was double...
