Rose Plumbing

I think some of the reviews are a little unfair. Yes I would say their communication needs some work but they do a good job at a very reasonable price. Today I had a cut-off valve that needed to be replaced. I called Rose first and was told the office would call me back. After an hour I called 2 more plumbers and one said they could come on Saturday and would be $255. The other called back in 10 minutes and said Monday for $220, I booked that one. Rose called me back in 2 hours and said someone could come out later on at 4:30, I said sure. Someone showed up at 6 and I got it done that day for $157. I didn't have to wait the 4 days to get it done. If it's a non emergency and you have time, I would always call them first.

This is the worst company to hire... DON'T HIRE THESE PEOPLE. I WENT TO HOME ADVISOR AND ALSO ANGIE LIST AND THEY SET YOUR APP AND THEN CONFIRMED AS WELL AND THEN ON TOP OF ALL I CALLED THE COMPANY AND TALK TO SOME GUY AND HE SAID YES WE WILL CALL YOU ON MONDAY TO SET ALL UP AND TUESDAY THEY WILL BE THERE TO SEE THE PROJECT AND GIVE YOU PRICING. WELL GUESS WHAT NO ONE CALLED OR EVEN SHOWED UP... THESE CROOKS WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING YOU WANT TO HEAR ...

I have an American home shield warranty for which Rose plumbing was contracted to fix my sump pump. Not only did they not fix anything for me, they never called me to setup a repair appt for the pump. I left numerous voicemails to them, with zero response. Their negligent business practices have caused much stress as our basement has been flooding on and off for over a week. Rose plumbing inc. is a joke. They are not professional people and are indirectly responsible for our basement being ruined. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR REPAIRS. THEY ARE NOT A RESPECTABLE PLUMBER.

Decided to try this new plumber since my usual plumber had the worst customer service. Rose plumbing answered my call very fast and came to fix the problem. Very polite and very reasonable. I think I have found my new plumber.
