I hope my experience was unusual and the person who answered my call was a temp. She was a terrible representative for a company whose reputation I generally viewed as positive. After not being able to answer even simple questions about their water damage services (she couldn't even tell me if there was charge for the estimate) she promised a project manager would call me within 15-20 minutes to answer my questions... I'm still waiting... ServPro just got our business today.

The job was done in a timely matter, they worked in a very clean way and the staff was very nice. They responded promptly to all my questions and requests. I even thought CJ was the owner of the company by the way he treated the job! He told me he was an employee that had been with the company for several years! I would say he is a great employee.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Their movers stole my passport, they inflated packaging costs by excessively using boxes and packing paper, and lied numerous times about the services they delivered. Do not use this service.

I would highly recommend ServiceMaster. They arrived early, and were very efficient. The project manager, Nick, was incredibly helpful. They made the entire situation a lot less stressful.

They are very professional and friendly truly a company you can trust with your house and belongings.
