I am very happy with the service I received. With every issue, Jason took the time to explain everything that needed to be done and why. I am definitely going to use Robert Bair for any plumbing issues I have! I used Robert Bair plumbing services again to do major repairs to my kitchen sink. I had a new faucet, drain, and garbage disposal put in, and the pipes under the sink were rebuilt to be up to code. Joe and his apprentice did an outstanding job with everything! I love using my sink now! I give them an A+.
Just about the worst that I have ever been treated as a customer !!! 2 months lead time to schedule A/C check up and then they Stood me up calling at 9 in the morning the day of the service after I stayed home from work and said they can't make it out. Re-scheduled a few weeks later for a Saturday. Window was 9 - 1. No one ever called to confirm. Left my house at 1:30 to enjoy what was left of a perfect summer day. At 2 PM Noticed a 1:40 message on my cell phone that said call back in 15 minutes or I will not show up. Can't imagine having this company involved in an emergency situation. Called Stephenson and scheduled within a week. Too much competition around to use this company. BTW Never heard from them since after I called to express my dissatisfaction.
Entire team (Cameron is Customer Service; Steve in warehouse, and Anthony, the service tech -- he even on his own initiative, brought in our garbage cans from street!) at Robert Bair where head and shoulders above others. Amazing empathy, sense of urgency, and focus on servicing our needs. When they were delayed in getting our A/C fixed due to part delay, they immediately provided a room A/C unit at no cost, to assure we had some comfort while 94 degrees outside! 12+ years of servicing our HVAC needs ... and will definitely have our future business.
Great service. Fast, on time, and effective. Mike was knowledgeable and friendly. I would call them again or cheerfully recommend them.
Steve and Glen from Robert Bair did a fantastic job. I am very pleased with the workmanship quality of the install (new furnace and AC). I have no reservations recommending the company. All the best and thanks guys!
