DO NOT USE PERMA SEAL UNLESS YOU WANT TO CLEAN UP A HUGE MESS and be ignored by customer service. Yesterday after waiting months for them to come we finally got our work done. They left behind a MOUNTAIN of concrete dust throughout our entire basement!! I could literally write my name in the dust covering our washing machine and dryer in laundry room. There is dust in every room which also includes my parents urns!! We are not stupid and understand that some small amounts of dust may occur but here is some of what we had. Concrete stains in our sun room. Dust in every room of the basement due to them not putting up proper plastic as promised by our salesman Brian. Dust in our entire kitchen due to them not sealing off the basement staircase with plastic. The entire basement was left not swept or vacuumed. Pieces of broken concrete everywhere. My wife said these idiots hauled all the concrete to the window well in a wheel barrow and filled buckets and then pulled it up rather than just fill the bucket and go up the stairs. At NO point did she hear them run a vacuum, again as promised by our salesman Brian. Sergio, the lead tech on site seamed at first to be a pleasant young man whom I thought I was leaving our house in good hands with turned out to be a HUGE disappointment!! He had promised my wife that for a few extra bucks he and the crew would crack apart a small stoop and haul it away. But then said that his boss said they could not do it even though the other guys where already set up to do it at the end of the job. It was not until I got home and truly inspected their work that we where aware of the mess. They promised to email a receipt and yet 24 hours later, nothing!! I contacted our salesman (Brian) and the manager(Joe) and they said they would make this right yet 24 hours later, NOT ONE WORD from them to make this situation right. This is good customer service?!? We now have to find a cleaning service for our house and have our heating and cooling people inspect the duct work all for concrete dust!! I have been a carpenter for years and have been referring them to my customers for years, yet the one time I let them in my own home I get treated like dirt and our house is a mess!! Perma Seal and Roy Spencer should be ashamed of themselves!!!

Vicente from Perma-Seal did a service call and provided excellent service. Found an issue with our sump pump which was under warranty and immediately replaced it. Also suggested an option for how the pump is ported to the outside to avoid it icing up. Great attention to detail. I'll return again to Perma-Seal for my plumbing needs. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for !

Jaime Velazquez came to our home to repair a leak in our basement. He was courteous on time and clean.
