Andy was very professional and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with the hot water heater. Unfortunately, it had to be replaced, but BMW got the job done very quickly and expertly.

Conrad was the representative of BMW. He was punctual and most helpful, and in addition to the reason for the visit (changing the batteries in my battery backup for the sump pump), I had arranged for him to look at a few minor problems with our plumbing. He was thorough and had parts in his truck to solve those problems, plus cleaning out a very slow drain in the master bath. The visit was, to me, top-rated.
