Yuri was great ! He was totally professional and patient. He answered all my questions regarding my problem. He took his time to explain everything to me. He did fantastic work. I m thrilled with his service and would strongly recommend them to anyone.

have 4 teenagers in the house and having enough hot water for all of them to shower had been an issue for years. Water heater wouldn't light and called around. The quote i got was competitive for a new one as well as one with more gallons. Alex arrived he was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable he explained my options to me and the advantages of installing a tank less water heater. After reviewing the product for a few days and the estimate I decided to go with it. Had it installed it yesterday quickly and cleanly and the guys explained to me how to use it including options for a mobile app. So far no issues running out of hot water. Reasonably priced, work is clean and professional, plumbers were knowledgeable and friendly. Will definitely call again if we have any issues. Thanks excel

Have used Excel multiple times, especially during the last big snow storm. The guys were very professional and very knowledgeable. I was afraid that, as it happens in situations like these, the folks would do the critical time-sensitive work first and bill me an unreasonable amount later. It was not the case here. I was quoted the work upfront and had time to decide. When they finished there were no surprises and all was done as expected. Impressive.
