Ducks Septic Pump & Install

The pumping aspect of this company is 5 star. Only reason I'm giving them a two is when I scheduled my septic to be pumped I told the lady on the phone I was in escrow for a property that needed a new septic installed and needed info and a quote She gave me the number of the guy who handled that. I called twice over 2 days and left messages. When the truck came to pump my septic I mentioned this to the driver. He said it was the owners brother and he would mention it and have him call me. He never called. They lost my business on a new install.

Fantastic service. Thankful for their service on a weekend as this was very unexpected. Tony was great with explainations and schooled us on better maintenance of septic systems. He was very polite as was the person we scheduled with on the phone.

Had them out to pump out septic. Came out same day lady on phone very nice and knowledgeable. They came worked quick and got it done, reasonable prices. Definitely will use again.

Duck's Septic has been our go to since 2014 and we've always received top quality professional service for all of our septic needs. More recently we needed them to help with a last minute pump, inspection, and certification in a timely manner and they came through for us with flying colors and quality work. Great company give them a call.

This company provided us with excellent service! I called on a Monday afternoon and they had a guy at our house by 8:30am Tuesday. The gentleman did a great job and was very personable and the woman in the office is very nice as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of septic services.
