Called, Scott answered and said he was currently with a customer and estimated he could be over in 1-2 hours if the issue could wait. I told him it could. He arrived earlier than expected and quickly fixed the pipe for a very fair price. Thanks much Scott!

Not sure who I spoke to, but the man who answered didn't even state the business name, had to ask him if this was Coldwater Plumbing. Told him my issues, asked him to send over standard pricing, which every other business I have ever dealt with has no problem doing, and said he would rather not deal with it. It literally sounded like he was sitting on his couch watching TV. Basically hung-up on me at the end. Poor customer service, would not suggest this company to anyone.
