I had a gentleman named Charlie come by. He took me through my issue throughly in my bathroom. He even taught me a bit in case something happened anywhere else. The problem was fixed and no more leaking from the upstairs. Second time around, I had a new sink put in and Home Depot doesn’t do the plumbing side so I called them out. A gentleman name Aaron came and wow, was quick and no issues. I thank them for being transparent the whole time.

I have used Taylor Plumbing for close to 10 years. They are always responsive and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to my friends and family.

The fee quote when requesting service was $160 per hour, period, no caveats. I was told the plumber will inspect the problem and fix it if possible, or otherwise give me a diagnosis and work order for the required job. The final invoice was $420, consisting $160 for a min one hour of work, $80 for traveling fee, and $180 for equipment charge. At no point during the service request or the inspection was the additional charges disclosed. The worse part was our clog was never going to be resolved on this day because the plumber did not even bring his rodding machine and stated from the beginning it was going to be an inspection only. The non-transparent fees made me decide not to use Taylor for the proposed work or in the future.
