I have used Trouble Free several times in the past and they were fair. I called them for a service call to fix a drain and replace a seal on an outside faucet that they have replaced twice before and they wanted to charge me a service call for the drain $149 and $89 for the faucet. I asked if it didn't take the tech an hour total to do both, I would still be charged $238 for the hour. They are not taking advantage of me a third time. Slogan sounds good but so much for actually making people smile?
Chiron did a great job. He showed up when expected was very courteous of my house. He answered all my questions and the job was completed like I was told it would be. I am so glad I chose Trouble Free for my service they do not disappoint!

Great experience. Timely work and they don’t gouge you for 24hr service calls. Pricing is discussed right up front so there are no surprises at the end. Highly recommended!
