Had a great overall experience with Roto-Rooter. Technician was very nice and professional. Installed a new water heater in a little over an hour. Price was very reasonable and fair.

My fiance and I had a great experience with our technician James! He was so friendly and took the time to explain everything he was seeing, he even took the liberty of showing us everything he was looking at in our drain pipe. James also offered to look over any other areas we had questions about! Overall the experience was wonderful! Thanks for helping us out!!

I had a great experience with Nick and Moe today. They showed up on time and were able to take care of my plumbing problem. They are both professional, friendly, and personable.

Well I had a pipe burst on me. I tried to fix it myself however I failed. So I called them and they sent over William. Let me say that meeting him was not a highlight of any of my days. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day or what. He acted like he didn't even want to do the job. As a matter of fact he stated that he was just hired and wanted to quit. He quoted me a price that I felt was extremely jacked up. Because he didn't want to do the job. After he left I called the office and spoke with David. I informed David my house had been without water for over 24hrs. David looked over the invoice and said it was wrong. David had asked if he could send someone else out and I agreed. James came over and within a hour. He had everything up and running again. Can't say enough on James's professionalism. Outstanding individual and hard worker. James had a long day and not once complained about it. My hats to him. David and James really saved the day and in my eyes saved the company's name and reputation.
