Lonnie Held Plumbing

Buyer Beware!!!!! We had the unfortunate experience with Lonnie and his workmanship. 1. He knowingly installed a broken water spigot on our new house. 2. Took +4 months to get our shower diverter to work properly. 3. ALL of our sinks leaked on the main floor. 4. He stole plumbing fixtures from us. 5. Lied multiple times to us. 6. We had a significant leak from our shower that spilled into our basement. 7. Master shower plumbing did not meet plumbing code (frozen pipe). 8. Did not clean up after himself. 9. Seemed more concerned about the inconvenience it was for him to come back to the house (over 15 times) to fix and repair his work than the inconvenience it was for us, the customers. 10. Never apologized for the inconveniences and the time we had to rearrange our schedules so he could come over to "fix" the various plumbing issues. 11. Untimely and late on several occasions.
