I would not recommend this company at all. When they came they seemed more concerned about collecting the trip charge the get from the home warranty company. They never actually fixed my home.

If it wasn't for them being contracted with my home warranty I wouldn't have bothered with them servicing my home. Joe was egotistical over the phone and rude, spoke over me and stated he had 20+ years of experience. Once they arrived to my home there was an ADDITIONAL fee on top of my deductible to enter and "service" my drain stoppage/sewar issue. They did not properly snake/clear the issue, nor did they test to see if the issue was resolved before leaving my home!! I called the NEXT day stating that I still had stoppage/backup and was informed once again by Joe that he could come out and look, since he wouldn't be able to collect another deductible there would be ANOTHER access fee to take a look at the SAME issue he was out for within a 24 hr grace period!! I would NOT recommend Action Mechanical they operate solely on scam. I contacted another plumbing company that also has 20+ years of experience and for $200 was able to clear the issue within 20min of PROPERLY snaking my line, stayed an additional 20minutes running water, toilets, showers, washing machine and assuring the problem was RESOLVED before leaving my home! There are good quality plumbers out there just not with Action Mechanical.

I also had to hired them through our home warranty company. The guy that runs this company was very rude to my husband and I. He was arrogant and made unnecessary rude comments directed to us that were not related to the project. I think the only reason this guy still has a business is because of the warranty company. We’ve had to have this the procedure done again and we chose a different company this time. Action was more expensive.

Garbage business. Absolute scam artists.
