Our furnace stopped working on the eve of Thanksgiving, with company from out of town in the house(of course), Ehret’s had somebody on the property and resolved the problem in a very short time and reasonable charge. Thankful for the good service. It pays to call a local company.

Always quick to get out and assess your issue. Was able to diagnose ac unit and run to Belleville for the parts and fix while I was at work.

Called Ehret for an air conditioner problem. Was very impressed with the technician, Bryan. He was very professional and thorough. Fixed the problem right away. Would definitely use this company again!

I had Ehart come out to look at two toilets of mine with separate issues. The gentleman did not have “the tools” on his truck to fix my clogged toilet and said he is “filling in” today. He then quoted me $250 to replace my water fill toilet valve. I looked it up online and found I can buy one for $11.99 at Home Depot. I went and bought it and installed it in 15 min. I felt like they tried to rip me off. I will never call this company again. Wasted my afternoon and still have a clogged toilet. Called their competitor to come fix it.

Called them on the recommendations from Angie's List. Excellent communication and customer service. Very pleased with their response to an unpleasant situation on my end.
