Very pleased with the friendly service. The technician who came was super courteous and he worked very fast. Even though my house has some challenging issues, he worked through them all and was done in no time. Very happy with the whole experience. And soooo glad they could come out the same day!!!
My service technician, Daniel Lee #1171, was very transparent with me about my plumbing issues. He walk me through every step until he was able to provide a diagnosis. He cleaned up his tools and the working area. I would recommend this technician to do any job. His hospitality skills are top notch!!
I made an appointment online (which is a very short form) and the next day, Daniel Lee came out and quickly fixed my drain that wasn't draining. He was super friendly and seemed like he loved his job. Fixing my kitchen drain cost $319, which seems like a lot. However, for same day service and that level of professionalism, I get it. You pay to stop worrying about it fast, and if Daniel Lee is working on it, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. Thanks, Daniel!
Miquel came by to fix my drainage backup, and he was competent, professional, polite, and very knowledgeable/able to present to me exactly how my system works and the "why" behind the problem. Nothing was rushed, and he was good with my questions and I learned a lot during the process.
