He replaced a toilet for my parents where a special commode needed ordered, and valve replaced. Quality Service - Check Fair Pricing - Check Clean - Check I think we did have to reschedule the appointment once due to a prior appointment running long. I feel that was beyond his control.

He is very rude. He yelled at me though the phone. He refused us service after we already paid for any remaining dues. He argued everything I said and he also hung up on me while I was trying to ask him why he wouldn't fix our air conditioning unit that was supposedly under warranty but now won't even come check it out. I regret ever taking my business to him. I will never have him work on my things ever again. I highly recommend you do the same if you don't want screwed over!

My husband which was dieing of cancer had talked to Jason about replacing the a/c unit Instead he replaced the furnace and a/c and charge 4000 as my husband died He then called threatened me for the money then got a lawyer I then paid the bill just to get him off my back As of today the a/c is not working I called him and all he could do is yell at me Then said he would not service it then hung up on me I highly recommend do Not use this guy EVER
