We had Jordan replace our septic system at a home we just purchased. Jordan is very knowledgeable on all things plumbing and got the system replaced very fast. He was able to work within our budget to get us to move into our dream home as soon as possible. Highly recommend him!

Jordan is a great guy who seems to genuinely care about delivering quality work. Of course coming out for an emergency call on a Sunday costs a few pennies, but in this case it was money well deserved. Not only did he fix the problem quickly and efficiently, but also pointed out that the company who had originally installed the ejector pump in my basement had installed the wrong kind and that there were some other parts used that are not up to code. He installed those additional parts free of charge! Great service, great attitude and overall a great experience! I will definitely call Countryside next time i have a plumbing issue! You can trust this guy 100%!

Jordan recently assisted us with septic issues we were having. We had a series of problems including a retaining wall that was built prior to purchasing our house that he identified as causing two of our septic junction boxes to crumble. The wall was moved to be in adherence with code and also to prevent further problems. He replaced the crumbled boxes as well as several others that were old and made of concrete likely to fail soon as well. Jordan suggested several other fixes that now have our septic running great as well as improving the drainage for our eaves which has cut down the strain on our sump pump. He was timely and professional during the entire process and gave us a good price on all of the work that he completed. We are very happy with his services and would give him 10 stars if that was allowed!
