Had a leak in my basement and Crawford Company gave me an evening appointment, but was then able to come mid-day (3 hours after my call) due to an opening. Mike was very helpful, not only fixing the leak, but showing me the source and demonstrating how to potentially take care of it in the future. He was also great with my 5 year old, who was right in there checking out his work.

Best customer service and workmanship in the Quad-Cities hands down! Our A/C started acting up during those 90 degree days; I called Crawford first just hoping to get someone out that week, I had a serviceman at my house that day! He was professional, polite, clean and explained the issue in terms I could understand! Crawford has a customer for life in me!

Great experience consistently. Several years ago we tried to maintain the original HVAC system and extend its life. But ended up with some late night or weekends calls for help to Crawford. They always responded quickly. Eventually we decided on a total HVAC replacement and had Bryant installed. All worked out and the ongoing semi-annual maintenance program brings peace of mind. We then engaged Crawford Plumbing for a large bathroom renovation/replacement project and everything went according to plan with quality work and no billing surprises. They mean what they say and always deliver quality.

The Crawford Company recently installed a gas line for my new stove. Their proposal employee was extremely knowledgeable & quick in turning around their quote. It was a difficult job and a couple area companies would not give me a quote. Crawford was in and out in 3 hours and cleaned up after they were done. Highly recommend them & will be hiring them in the future for my new laundry room.
