All-Pro Plumbing

My wife discovered the kitchen sink clogged. It was after hours, so she googled local plumbers. All Pro came up, so she called. He said he'd try to fix it for $100. Probably she should have said no right there, but she assumed by "try" he meant he'd give it a real effort. He came by, without tools, borrowed our plunger, asked my wife to assist him, and after five minutes said he couldn't do it. $100 please. He then recommended a drain cleaning company, saying they'd give us a discount if we mentioned him. Then he left without giving us a receipt or offering one. We called the company he suggested. No answer. Phone disconnected. The next day we called a legitimate plumbing company, which sent a technician over within two hours. Snaked our drain. Cleaned up. Very polite. Charged a mere $109, for actually doing the job. All-Pro? More like, No-Pro.
