I called and spoke to Rick early one morning after we discovered the mess the previous HVAC guy left caused our furnace to leak water and cause our ceiling to cave in. He made it out that day, so polite and reassuring. He had Mike and Tanner came out just two days later and completely fix everything, even the gas line the previous guy had run wrong/illegal/dangerously. These are all great folks. I came home from work this morning so happy we have working heat in our home again! Thanks guys!
