As you can see, there is a pattern here..I called on a Monday to make an appointment for Thursday...Thursday came and went. After a no call no show, I went with another company. Simply, Rigdon may be great.... if you're lucky and they actually show up. But they have demonstrated a number of times to not be reliable.

I always use Ridgeon sewer when I need it. They do a great job and they're not expensive.
