My water heater started to leak. I called my home warranty company Total Protect. They assigned A&W PLUMBING, Inc. to get the job done. I have to say I was blown away with Matt’s service and his flexibility working around my schedule. I live about 10 minutes from my house and I did not want to lose excess time away from the office, Matt was able to give me a call when he was an hour out and then again when he was 20 minutes from my house. It worked out perfectly, I pulled in moments before he pulled up. At the first meeting where he took my water heater information and evaluated how he was going to facilitate the replacement; he was in an out within 5 minutes. He relayed all the information I needed, told me he would work with my home warranty company and disclosed the additional costs of removal up front so there were no surprises. We scheduled a time for the install and he once again called me an hour out and again when he was 20 minutes away from my house. He replaced the water heater and gave me instructions on how to flush it out. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and a truly a nice guy. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Excellent work! A true craftsman who enjoys his work and helping people. Offered a discount and helped me consolidate a couple of repair jobs which was a great help to me. I would highly recommend this person and his company.
I highly recommend A & W Plumbing, the owner was very honest, was able to get out to my home same day and very reasonably priced. Our ejector pump went bad and I did receive a price from another local plumber. Matt was very honest and said that was a great price and he would be $75-$100 higher. I was impressed with his honesty and therefore decided it’s worth paying a little more for an honest individual/business. Thanks Matt!
We came across Matt at A&W Plumbing through our Sears home warranty. This is one of the companies that they set us up with. I look-up reviews on companies that I do business with and Matt has a great reputation -- So we decided to stay with him. First let me say that all of the great reviews were correct! Matt called to advise when he would be out to replace our garbage disposal. He spoke with me to find out the type of disposal we had and purchased it ahead of time -- instead of wasting time to come out & inspect and then have to come back for a second appointment. He was literally in & out in within about 30-minutes! He gave us great advice on how to use it and didn't try to rip us off for services we didn't need! I would recommend Matt's company to anyone who's looking for plumbing services and we will certainly use him for future projects. He's fair & honest & has fair pricing! First of all Matt I would like to thank you for helping us out now for the review . It’s not often in this lifetime you find somebody so honest. Try to make a long story short. Our outside spigot was not working turns out all that it needed was an adapter put on it because that’s what our association does. Now being an average customer not understanding too much about plumbing . Matt could have took total advantage of Tami and I. In stead said all you need is an adapter.. sent us to his friend.. 25.00 later I have spigot again.. MATTI thank you for your honesty and we will be using you from here out thanks again from Tami and Rory
