Was house sitting for a vacant home in Caldwell, ID and had this company replace the garbage disposal. There was never any calls or voice messages left on my phone about the outstanding bill which I thought was taken care of by the owners. Fast forward a $275.00 bill and I was taken to collections. I respect that the company needs to get paid but all that needed to happen was a simple phone call.

The plumber that showed up was very nice. Im glad he came and resolved my issue. I wish i had his number so i could call him directly and not deal with anyone else.
