After buying a train wreck of a house in Moscow I was in dire need of a good plumber. Brian at Powell came with several recommendations and he came out and gave me a bid. It was ardous work as the team worked to remodel 60 years of old plumbing. In the end it looks great. I haven't finished the rest of the job and can't wait to try it all. I had solicited Powell Plumbing to install my disposal and a new faucet as part of the very exciting experience of getting new counter tops. It was my expectation that in hiring a professional to do this job I would be able to count on their expertise in installation. I was dismayed to find that when the faucet was installed not only did the installer have to leave twice for parts, the product did not function as intended. I consulted the store from which I purchased the counter, sink, and faucet), I contacted the counter top company, I contacted facility/construction professionals I know in other areas. All were perplexed as to why the faucet was installed if it wouldn’t function, and why I wasn’t contacted when it became apparent the faucet wouldn’t function correctly. Rather I discovered it when I returned from a trip. When I contacted the counter company, they sent employees out to see if there was an error on their part and if they could make it right, and made it workable for the time being. Moscow building supply contacted me regularly with possible solutions. When I contacted Powell Plumbing to find out if there was information I didn’t have, I was told that the faucet could be turned but that “it would look weird” and that if I wanted it switched out I would need to pay more for a service call to disconnect it as well as a call to install the new one. I have worked with people I trust to arrive at an acceptable solution that cost me nothing. I am disappointed to say the least.

I had a leak between my janitors closet and one of my managers office, was beginning to flood. Called Powell, was here with an hour and found and fixed the problem with in 45 min or so. Very professional!
