I called to ask them if the could come help me with a busted pipe in my well house. first off the did not call me back the second time I called and left a message. then when I finally got a hold of them, they said they they would rather not do a well house. they told me they have done them in the past, but are not very fond of working on them. rather that means they are do not know much about wells or not, it just kind of seemed like they were not all that willing to help

Had to schedule in advance quite a few weeks but it's solid work and I've had no issues with the work in the year since. Billed fairly, no funny business in the time worked like some companies in the area, and arrived promptly. When getting a quote, they even helped get a last minute electrician when my scheduled work got cancelled. Would suggest.

Absolutely terrible!!! "Poor - Fair" doesn't even begin to describe it! My landlord called them in to fix a leaking pipe under the house causing mold. Their solution... punch a hole in the bedroom wall to run a new pipe in, run that pipe along the ceiling, through two walls and my bathroom, then down the wall in my kitchen to where it needed to go. Now half the rooms in my apartment have an ugly pipe along the ceiling, and they left a huge mess. They had to pull half of my furniture out of the way, and they didn't move it back when they were done, or even hook the washing machine back up. I was here the whole time, and I couldn't even tell they had left until I realized their van was gone. It took me over an hour to clean up after them. I have no idea how this company is still in business... Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away!!!

The first time we used Goodson Plumbing it was a total accident, we had a leak somewhere and they were the first of several companies we called that answered the phone. They were at our house and able to find and fix the leak in under an hour and for a really reasonable cost too. After that we were so pleased that when we needed some replacement pipes put in(basically re-plumbing for everything in the house) we called them for a quote. Several others too but as we expected Goodson Plumbing was there with the lowest quote and the quickest completion date. They even supplied everything we needed while one company required us to get our own tub, surround and fixtures. Goodsons gave us a few options that we liked and it all was included in the price that was still about half of what another quoted. They were able to get here on time, finish the project ahead of schedule, and were able to deal with some unexpected things when they came up and still came in with in budget. Yes like the other review we did clean up after them but they cleaned up all the messy parts, we really didn't expect them to mop the floors or anything and really? You want to pay plumbers their hourly rate to do that? Anyway we loved them, and would use them again in a heart beat but now we probably never will need them again they did such a great job.
