Wickstrom was a pleasure to work with! Garrett, Jake, and Kody all did a great job. Prompt response and took time to explain the job and any risks or delays. Even when some unexpected challenge encountered, they handled it with no burden on me (the homeowner). Highly recommend Wickstrom!

I had such a great experience starting with Helen keeping me up to date with who would be coming to look at the leak. Colton showed up and was able to assess the situation and find where to dig. He was very personable and focused on getting the job done. Cody and Jake showed up a little later to help him out and the three of them were able to fix the break and get the water turned on quicker than I thought. When I went out to talk to them they all explained to me what was going on and we’re willing to stop what they were doing to let me know how they fixed it. At the end they had me look at their work and I was very impressed. It looked better than when they have arrived. These guys are great and interaction with the company was wonderful. I would recommend them hands down because of their efficiency, professionalism, and so easy to talk with!

Cody and Jake were awesome. They went beyond what was needed to help me fix my issue. They even went into the crawl space to find my water cut off valve for me. These guys get a 10 in my book. They were courteous and professional. A solid representation of this company Many thanks!
