Roto-Rooter

My family has hired this company 4 times to fix the same exact issue and they are HORRIBLE. Their specialist/ plumbers are INCOMPETENT AND SO IS THE OWNER. We recieved warranties the first 2 times we used this company and this last time they PROMISED US WITH A GUARANTEE THAT THE PROBLEM WOULD BE SOLVED. Update: A week after paying over $500 in all for all repairs, the problem is STILL PERSISTANTLY HAPPENING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU DID! ADAM C. IS THE WORST PLUMBER I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. This company does not care if sewage ends up in your home after the have completed their work. They will not come back to fix the issues they CAUSED! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE HEALTH HAZARD THIS IS FOR CHILDREN! I WILL BE HAVING MY SYSTEM THOROUGHLY INSPECTED AND IF ADVISED BY MY LAWYER TAKE THIS MATTER TO COURT AGAINST THIS COMPANY! THEY HAVE NOT HEARD THE LASTS OF ME!

I really enjoyed scheduling my service through your website! Jim was the service technician who came to help my aide! He was fantastic, knowledgeable and personable! He knew to look in all the right areas for what the issue might be, and was able to identify the problem in a timely and efficient manner. I will be calling Roto-Rooter and asking for Jim, for any future needs! THANKS!

I thought I had a drain problem with my washing machine, which I did, but also Chris found that the line to the sewer was deteriorating as it was going to the city sewer. It had to be dug out and it was in a very tight area. Long story short, Jeff and his crew had the concrete cut out, had to dig out dirt to find lines, then put in the new pipe to the sewer line. They did a great job with minimum disruption to the house. I was so impressed with the very professional attitude, and making sure it was done correctly. I will call this Roto Rooter again.
