He wore vinyl booties to protect my new floors! He discussed pricing and options to fix my leak and I didn’t feel pressured to choose the highest price. The Tech talked about him loving to work for Express.

This is Service! I worked with Keith at my place of employment when he came in to maintenance our water heaters. He was quick, courteous, professional, and clean. The next week I had an issue with my own septic system plumbing. While Corey with Express Septic was on site he requested a plumber technician to come out and diagnosis the problem. Keith arrived within 15 minutes, got to work and identified the problem very quickly. He explained everything really well and got me quotes for repair that were reasonable. Being a handyman myself I chose to replace the pump on my own, however had I chose for Keith to replace it, he was ready to get the job done. Thanks for the help Keith!
