Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service

They did a great job! Bill seemed very knowledgeable and made sure the job was completely done and done correctly. Our mainline from our house to the city main was clogged and backing up. Bill worked at it until the line was completely cleared out. He gave me multiple updates and was upfront about the cost. Unfortunately for Bill, it was super hot out, but he didn't let that keep him from completing the job. I would definitely call them again if we had any more issues.

Jacob and his helper were able to perform a sewer video inspection for our home inspection company with only 30 minutes notice. They got the job done efficiently. Melinda (who answered the office phone) was very knowledgeable and helpful in arranging this speedy service. Overall, the experience was very positive. We've used Roto-Rooter a number of times and have always been very pleased. They make us look good when they serve our customers through us.

I made an appointment time online at about ten at night which was a four hour window that was narrowed down to two when they received my request the next morning. Violet from the office called me the next morning to see if I was able to take an appointment any earlier and she told me she would call me when the plumber was on the way, which she did! Travis arrived and shook my hand at the door, asked what the problem was, and immediately got to work. All things said and done he was here about 30-45 minutes and the problem was solved! He was very polite and knowledgeable. A lot of the time when you have a service technician in to do some work they try to sell you on something; Travis didn't. He suggested a product that Roto Rooter sold and said I could either buy it from him since they have it on the truck, or I could come into the office and purchase after I asked if it was sold anywhere else. It was nice to have the choice! I'll definitely be a repeat customer if I ever need a plumber again.

“A young plumber/ tech representative named Matt came out to help me on our main drain clogging issue at my home in Caldwell, ID. I called around to 6 plumbing companies this early morning while leaving messages with all of them and could only get an answer from Roto-Rooter who set up an appointment later this same day. Matt was sent out to my home, he was great to work with and talk to. Very knowledgeable about my issue, cleared the drain clog and showed me through the drain camera the actual issue. RotoRooter is amazing. They kept me updated with any schedule changes and Jacob arrived promptly at the time he was schedule. He asked me to explain the problem, show him the problem areas, and then he informed me what actions he would take to clear the clog. He was even so kind to repair another leak that appeared while he was here. I will most definitely recommend this company and Jacob.
