The service techs Steve and ? arrived within 20 minutes of my call. Excellent response and repair. Both techs were knowledgeable at repairing manufactured home water pipes and related work. The small leak problem was found and repaired quickly, and Steve also fixed another small problem related to an earlier total pipe replacement done for me by Mr Rooter. All this was done at no charge to me as “a good customer”! I am extremely satisfied with the services provided and would highly recommend this company.

Great job of locating my drain line. The young man they sent was very polite and knew what he was doing. The manager of the company really took care of me price wise and I cant believe how timely they arrived. Very happy.

I had another plumbing company look at my problems and give me an estimate. Then I had Mr. Rooter Plumbing in Boise come out. They gave me an estimate that was nearly half the price. The tech who came was named Shawn. Shawn went to work immediately. He was polite, fun, and he fixed the issues in no time. I was VERY pleased with the work performed and the price at which they did it.

Shawn Bovee was very friendly, helpful, energetic, and showed great customer service while showing he enjoyed his job. Shawn showed up on time as promised which is amazing. He offered his advice during the consultation and explained that we didn't have a problem to worry about but if our toilet ran water at night he would come replace it for us. On time on a weekend and completed professionally. Shaun was an experienced professional who explained what was needed and how long it would take but still finished the work an hour early. I will use this service in the future.
