Terrible customer service!!! I called first thing in the morning on a Friday for an emergency repair and was told they would be out and fix my bad pump that day. I waited all day and they finally showed up about five minutes before 5:00PM. He said I can't make it to the supply store before they close so I will be back Monday. The owner was very rude and they lied all day about what time they would arrive at my house. I will never call them again.
After waiting 3 hours for another plumbing company, we called Roto Rooter. Even though it was a weekend and the sound of kids in the background, they had a couple of guys here in an hour. They were fast and courteous and contrary to other reviews on here, they left our home and you wouldn't even know they had been here. (Sorry for interrupting your weekend guys) Thanks for the fast service. 5 Stars
Very unprofessional and rude. Two service men came to the door, didn't introduce themselves so no names, went back to the water heater and looked at it for 2 minutes, walked outside to see if it would be approved through insurance, came back in to get more information off of the water heater, went back outside to wait for a text, came in showed me the text saying that it was not approved and left. When I went back to the water heater I found out that they didn't even put the covers back on the water heater. Will not be using them again!
After coming out for our original plumbing problem of sewage line clean out and pumping our septic tank. They responded on a Sunday to inspect our system which had a small problem. Very professional. I would call them again.
The neighbors behind us had their main line break. Roto rooter came and asked to dig an area out of our yard. Said it should take 3 says. 4 WEEKS later, they claim they are done but the sprinkler system is not fixed, there is no sod to replace the grass, and the fence is no where near the original. Never hire this company. We have called numerous times to get it fixed and they don't bother coming to do the job.
