Called 45 minutes before close of business for an emergency service call, the lady that answered the phone said she had someone available for the call and would have him call me back right away. He returned my call immediately, but was too busy to take the job after the lady had just said he was available. Clearly not willing to help someone in need but was willing to take our money and the job the next morning knowing the water to the house if off for the night. Horrible customer service.
